welcome to functional embodied fitness

Hi! My name is Stephanie and I’m a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. My career as a Fitness Professional started over 10 years ago, running workout sessions for family and friends at local parks while teaching Dance at nearby studios and schools. Fast forward some years, I began working in the corporate fitness industry. As a full time fitness specialist, and an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I coached a variety of working professionals from multiple fitness backgrounds and levels. Inspired to expand as a personal trainer, and share all that I’ve learned so far in the fitness field, Functional Embodied Fitness was born.

F.E.F. is personal training driven to coach you in claiming and conquering your fitness goals. Functional fitness training is a practical approach to working out efficiently to help you improve your daily physical activities and overall quality of life. Training programs are customized, and consist of a combination in strength, cardio, and flexibility plus agility and mobility exercises. My mission is to guide clients in connecting and understanding their bodies while crushing their fitness goals with confidence and care.
